2. Prepare for Selling

3. Price Your Home

Congratulations! You’re almost done with your home sale. You’ll go to the title office with your real estate agent to do the underwriting. You’ll sign documents for the title and hand over the keys. Once the ink dries, the title company wires the money to your account and you’re all set.
